Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Junior Consultant at FrontWell Solutions, you will be instrumental in learning, designing and configuring MES solutions and developing Master Batch Records (MBRs) to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with FrontWell’s Consultants and Exports to understand the requirements and translate them into robust PAS-X configurations and MBRs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the best way of implementing MES solutions to regulated industry. 
  • Collaborate with project team, clients to gather requirements and design MES solutions that streamline manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop Master Batch Records (MBRs) in PAS-X to define manufacturing processes, workflows, and specifications for batch production.
  • Configure PAS-X functionalities, including material management, recipe management, electronic batch records, and electronic signatures, to meet client specifications and enhance process efficiency.
  • Execute validation protocols for PAS-X implementations, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
  • Interest in learning and troubleshooting  through perseverance.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of MES implementation and validation activities with project timelines and objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and advancements in MES technology to continuously improve implementation and validation processes.

 What you have to offer

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in the German language at B2 level or higher.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing MES or similar systems.
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA regulations, GAMP 5) related to PAS-X implementations is preferable.
  • Experience with configuring MES functionalities such as material management, recipe management, and electronic batch records is preferable. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a team player. 
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality MES configurations and validation documentation.
